Do we provide after sales support?

All products we sell carry the manufactures full warranty.

You may return any item within the warranty period and we will handle the warranty return, repair or replacement or your behalf.

If you wish to extend this period then we can offer you a range of flexible annual support contracts – from return to our store for next day replacement to  Engineers on site within a guaranteed time.

Do I have to order online?

Ordering online is quick and safe, once the funds have been collected your goods will be dispatched, usually within 7 days. We can provide flexible services depending on your circumstances, so please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes we do and we take the protection of your privacy very seriously. We never pass on your details to any third party organisations and your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.

We understand that security is a concern when buying online. Our server does not retain any credit card details. We use SagePay as our transaction provided and all your transactions with us are secure. The SagePay system encrypts all your personal information, including credit and debit card numbers and we have no access to any of these details.

How do I get a trade account?

If you are Systems Reseller, Government Body or Educational Establishment and would like a trade account then please complete our request form and you will receive an email response within 48 hours to confirm your trading status.

A wireless site survey is the essential plan and design stage prior to the installation of a wireless network across a premises or location. The survey takes into account factors such as premises size, required coverage, current infrastructure along with interference, building construction and risk factors.
